We enjoyed a fantastic late-season muzzleloader muley hunt in 2008. For me, what makes Hidden Valley Outfitters special is the people. Cory, Dan, their friends, and family treated us likewise with honesty.

The accommodations were great! The home-cooked food was very filling and fantastic! During our hunt, our group of four guys all had shot opportunities and we came home with three muleys—two of which were worthy of mounting. The only thing negative was that we ended up gaining a few more unwanted pounds and another taxidermy bill!

Your turkey hunting has been second to none over the years. Having hunted extremely high-pressured turkeys for over 20 years in Pennsylvania, your birds are “classic.” Your turkeys are in large abundance and are low-pressured birds. Your turkeys are very vocal, patternable, and callable. There are no signs of “lockjaw” in Nebraska. We have had tremendous success in a variety of situations whether it be a first light “call down” hunt, a late morning or midafternoon “looking for love” hunt, or even an evening “heading to roost” hunt. Your state and guide service offers hair-raising ALL DAY hunting opportunities. Furthermore, I think that your turkey flock has not even come close to its potential!
